    Product Introduction

    The portable withstand voltage tester is a specialized testing device used for inspecting the insulation withstand voltage performance of electrical equipment, electrical products, and electronic components. The instrument applies a preset AC or DC high voltage to the product under test during the dielectric withstand voltage test, while simultaneously monitoring leakage current changes, in order to determine whether the insulation performance of the product meets safety standard requirements.

    Leakage current precise detection function

    During the test, the leakage current variation of the device under test is monitored in real time, and the test results are automatically judged based on preset limits, enabling rapid identification of insulation performance abnormalities and improving product safety.


    Unique sampling design with arbitrarily presettable alarm current value

    The instrument adopts a unique high-precision current sampling technology, enabling real-time monitoring of leakage current variations in the product under test during the withstand voltage test. Users can freely set the alarm current threshold according to the safety standards and testing requirements of different products. When the leakage current exceeds the preset value, the device will immediately trigger an alarm and cut off the high-voltage output, effectively improving testing accuracy and safety.


    Multiple protection functions

    The device is equipped with a variety of built-in safety protection measures, including overcurrent protection, leakage current limit protection, and high-voltage output abnormality protection. When abnormal conditions occur during testing, the instrument responds quickly and automatically cuts off the high-voltage output, preventing equipment damage and safety incidents, providing operators with a safer and more reliable testing environment.
