    Product Overview:

    A common method for evaluating whether the vacuum degree of a vacuum interrupter has deteriorated is the power frequency withstand voltage test. However, this method can only identify arc-extinguishing chambers with severely degraded vacuum levels. When the vacuum deteriorates to a range of 10⁻² to 10⁻¹ Pa, the breakdown voltage may remain unchanged, even though the arc-extinguishing chamber is already unqualified.

    The Vacuum Switch Vacuum Tester addresses this limitation by employing a newly designed excitation coil and utilizing the magnetron discharge method to measure the vacuum level of the arc-extinguishing chamber—without the need for disassembly. With microcomputer-based synchronous control and advanced data acquisition and processing, the instrument achieves a field testing sensitivity of up to 10⁻⁵ Pa.

    The most outstanding feature of this instrument is its ability to perform accurate vacuum measurement using a novel excitation coil and intelligent data processing, eliminating the need to dismantle the vacuum switch.
